Refund & Cancellation Policy

Summary: All our products are digital and delivered instantly. We offer a 7-day resolution window — if you have a genuine issue with a product that we cannot resolve, we will process a full refund.

Nature of Our Products

ConversionLab sells exclusively digital products — Notion templates, AI prompt libraries, SOPs, and marketing frameworks — delivered electronically and made accessible immediately upon payment confirmation.

Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase if:

  • The product you received is significantly different from what was described on the product page
  • The product is technically broken or inaccessible and we are unable to fix it within a reasonable time
  • You were charged twice for the same order due to a payment error
  • You did not receive your product within 24 hours and our team could not resolve the delivery issue
Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will generally not be issued if:

  • You changed your mind after purchasing
  • You claim the product did not produce the specific business results you expected
  • You have already used or downloaded the product and consumed its value
  • The refund request is made after 7 days from the purchase date
How to Request a Refund

Email us at hello@conversionlab.in within 7 days of your purchase with: your full name and checkout email, your order ID or payment reference, the product you purchased, and a clear description of the issue.

We will respond within 2 business days. In most cases we will first attempt to resolve the issue. If we cannot, a refund will be processed.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method through Razorpay and typically appear within 5–10 business days from the date of approval.

Order Cancellation

Since our products are digital and delivered instantly upon payment, orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been confirmed. If you placed an order in error, please contact us immediately.

Duplicate Payments

If you were charged more than once for the same order due to a technical error, please contact us and we will process a full refund for the duplicate charge within 2 business days.
