Delivery Policy

ConversionLab sells exclusively digital products. Upon successful payment:

1. Instant delivery — Your product access details are sent to your email address within minutes of payment confirmation
2. Notion templates — You receive a Notion template link. Click it and select Duplicate to add it to your own Notion workspace
3. PDF/downloadable products — You receive a secure download link in your email
4. Confirmation email — A purchase confirmation with your product details is sent to the email you provided at checkout

• Instant to 15 minutes — Standard delivery for all products
• Up to 24 hours — In exceptional cases where payment verification is delayed

If you have not received your product within 24 hours of a successful payment, please contact us at hello@conversionlab.in with your order details.

If you do not receive your delivery email:

• Check your spam or junk mail folder
• Ensure the email address you provided at checkout is correct
• Add hello@conversionlab.in to your contacts to prevent future emails going to spam
• Contact us if the issue persists

ConversionLab does not ship any physical goods. All products are purely digital. There are no shipping charges, no courier-related delivery timelines, and no physical address required for delivery.
